Experience: 4 to 6 years (Mandatory experience in FSSAI recognized Food testing Laboratory)

Requirements:

• Operation, Calibration and routine maintenance of GC-MS and HPLC instruments
  • Analysis of various food matrices (solid, semi-solid, liquid) as per FSSAI regulations
  • Testing of:
    1. Pesticide Residues
    2. Mycotoxins
    3. Food additives, preservatives, colours & flavours
    4. Chemical Contaminants
• Sample preparation using QuEChERS, SPE and LLE
• Method execution, Calibration, and basic method validation as per AOAC / IS / FSSAI approved methods
